FAQ
-
The earlier, the better. Good design takes time—and so does building. Builders often book out 6–12 months in advance, and we take on a limited number of projects each year to ensure each one gets the attention it deserves. Our availability shifts throughout the year, so reaching out early helps secure a spot on the schedule. If our calendar is full, we maintain a waitlist and always communicate timelines clearly.
-
Not at all. In fact, it’s often helpful to connect before purchasing property. We can help assess whether a site supports the kind of home you’re envisioning—looking at things like access, sunlight, topography, slope, views, and permitting. Starting the conversation early can save time, minimize surprises, and set the project up for success.
-
Yes—we design homes throughout the Pacific Northwest and Mountain West, and are open to projects beyond those regions as well. While we’re based in Missoula, MT, we’re happy to collaborate remotely or travel when needed.
What matters most isn’t geography—it’s the fit. We take on projects that share our values: thoughtful design, lasting craftsmanship, and a strong connection to place. Whether your site is in the mountains, along the coast, or somewhere entirely new, we’re always open to the right collaboration.
