Builders often book out 6–12 months in advance, and we take on a limited number of projects each year to ensure each one gets the attention it deserves. Our availability shifts throughout the year, so reaching out early helps secure a spot on the schedule. If our calendar is full, we maintain a waitlist and always communicate timelines clearly.

We can help assess whether a site supports the kind of home you’re envisioning—looking at things like access, sunlight, topography, slope, views, and permitting. Yes—we design homes throughout the Pacific Northwest and Mountain West, and are open to projects beyond those regions as well. While we’re based in Missoula, MT, we’re happy to collaborate remotely or travel when needed.
